Master in Int. Management for Non-Business Graduates

Do you have a university degree in a non-business subject, and would like to pursue a career in management? Then you are also welcome at the IUBH as a career changer.

The Master in International Management for Non-Business Graduates is non-consecutive, that is, it does not necessarily follow on from previous studies in economics. The programme is specially designed for people who would like to acquire fundamental knowledge of business administration and international management ? with the objective of qualifying for a position in senior management.

Step-by-step to your Master's degree in International Management

    Preparatory semester
    In the preparatory semester, you focus on classical business administration content:

    Marketing strategy and planning
    Financial Accounting
    Principles of Human Resource Management
    Methods of statistics
    This semester provides you with ideal preparation for the business content in the subsequent semesters of your Master's programme. Here you can become acquainted with your later specialisations.
    After you have successfully completed the preparatory semester, you are well prepared for the subsequent four-semester Master's programme in International Management.

    First semester
    In the first semester you will update and expand your technical competence in subjects of "General Management".

    Second semester
    The choice is yours: Under the technical supervision of your lecturers, you can choose four out of six possible areas of focus and thus define a first cornerstone of your personal competence profile.

Final grade: Minimum grade point average of 3.0 according to the German grading system
